

I started 10138 Endurance Coaching with one simple purpose: to help people shine through sport.
This isn't just about training plans or finish lines — it's about creating space for people to believe in themselves, build confidence and discover what they are capable of.
My own journey into triathlon was fuelled by purpose, persistence and personal inspiration, and that's what I aim to pass on to every athlete I work with.
As a British Triathlon qualified personal coach, I'm committed to meeting people wherever they are on their journey — whether they're taking their first steps into swimming, cycling or running, preparing for their first triathlon, or chasing ambitious endurance goals.
For me, coaching is about progress over perfection, support over pressure and helping athletes achieve more than they thought possible.
Every athlete's journey is different, but the principles remain the same: consistency, patience and belief.
