Coach

I started 101.38 with one simple purpose: to help people shine through sport. 


This isn't just about training plans or finish lines - it's about creating space for people to believe in themselves, build confidence, and discover what they are capable of. 


My own journey into triathlon was fuelled by purpose and personal inspiration, and that's what I want to pass on.  As an athlete and 1-1 coach in training through the British Triathlon Education Pathway, I'm committed to meeting people wherever they are on their journey - whether they're taking their first steps into sport or chasing big goals.  


For me it's about progress over perfection, support over pressure, and making every sunrise count.

Simple, thoughtful Triathlon Coaching

101.38 Personal Coaching

£90 per month

What’s included:

  • Personal athlete profile and goal setting
  • Individualised training plan delivered via TrainingPeaks
  • Plan updates every 2–4 weeks (and when life requires it)
  • Weekly WhatsApp or video check-in for clarity, reassurance, and consistency
  • Training analysis across swim, bike and/or run
  • Clear pacing and intensity guidance (heart rate, pace or power as appropriate)
  • Strength and conditioning guidance where it supports your training
  • Ongoing support through the 101.38 Approach:
    Resilience. Balance. Belonging.

Best for:

  • Triathlon athletes at any stage, including 70.3 and full Ironman
  • Long-course athletes building toward key events
  • Single-sport athletes (swim, bike or run)
